3 bed Cardiff for 3 bed Cardiff or very close surrounding areas in St Mellons, Cardiff for sale

I have a 3 bed semi, large drive, large garden, upvc windows and doors. Very close to shops and very frequent bus route, close to numerous schools both welsh and english and multiple high schools also. House is in reasonable order decorative wise with only a few rooms needing a lick of paint I am not fussed on decor as I would redecorate myself anyway. Wanting a fresh start need a 3 bed would take a 2 as long as it was very large and could be used as a 3 or I would consider a 4 as long as the rent was not huge. I would like to stay in Cardiff but would move to surrounding areas like Barry, Penarth, Tongwynlais, Wenvoe, Radyr, Taffs Well, Dinas Powys I just fancy a change now been here 17 years have lovely neighbours so who knows I may just fancy where you live cant hurt to ask :)
