ps3 need repair (playstation 3 read description) in St Mellons, Cardiff for sale

Have a ps3 which when you turn on it goes to green light , then to yellow, then to red again So it doesn't switch on as suppose to. It is probably the ylod I heard of. It was working before when I switched it on it said it needs hard drive I have picture of it. Now it doesn't switch on, Don't know what the cause or problem might be. Was told it's an easy fix but don't want to spend any money in a fix shop. Good for spares or repairs or for someone who knows how to repair it. I never used the ps3 before for games or so because I didn't have hard drive and I got xbox now and don't really like ps3s. The ps3 has no plastic cover on top and no plastic cover on the hard drive. I don't have the power cable for it no more but could show you that it switches on with my xbox360 cable as they are the same as the ps3 one.
